Comprehensive brand and visual audit conducted on the South African Post Office facilities, staff and operations.
The visual audit encompassed all aspects of the SAPO brand from buildings, state of repair, staff & presentation, facilities and brand collateral relating to all Post Office brands, and sub-brands.
Over 100 facilities and sites were audited from small rural Post Offices to national mail centres and hubs. Staff from senior executives to mail handlers were interviewed both individually and in focus-group sessions.
Outcome was a comprehensive visual and brand report on the state of the brand, it’s facilities and staff.
